I'm Zaafir — a marketing professional with hands-on experience in email marketing, campaign coordination, and CRM-driven lead generation. I build and execute multi-channel campaigns that optimize performance and drive measurable results.

With a background in psychology from the University of Waterloo, I bring a research-driven understanding of human behaviour to every campaign. I focus on email marketing and digital strategies that feel personal, not promotional.
